It is the goal of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School, as a part of a faith-filled community, to teach students to develop reverence for and faith in Jesus Christ, which fosters a strong sense of self-worth and a commitment to serve the Church and society. The school, in collaboration with the parents, nurtures the spiritual, intellectual, physical, artistic and social development of each student. Through a challenging curriculum, permeated with Gospel values, the students are empowered to create intelligent, moral decisions that enable them to meet the responsibilities of the present and the challenges of the future.

We the members of the Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic community firmly believe:

GOALS

• To encourage the building of a strong faith-filled community among the students, faculty, administration, parents, and parishioners.  The school fosters the spiritual development of the students, faculty, administration, parents, and parishioners.  Instruction in the Catholic tradition and the academic disciplines is based on the development of service to Jesus Christ.
• To nourish a close-knit parish school community of members who are supported and guided; a community that is marked by shared enthusiasm for living and learning expressed through caring, respect, and courtesy that results in a happy, purposeful environment for all.  Through an education permeated with Gospel values, the students are empowered to make intelligent, moral decisions that result in the development of life long learners with self-respect, self-confidence and self-discipline.
• To offer a program of studies that will provide all students with a religious foundation, strong academic background, and an introduction to the arts, so that students will come to value faith, discipline, imagination, order and discovery.  It is the mission of Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic School to help students of the parish develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a strong sense of worth and a commitment to serve the Church and society.  The belief is that students should be challenged in all areas of development to achieve intellectual competence.
