St. Vincent de Paul offers a wide variety of sporting opportunities including football, cheerleading, soccer (co-ed), girls volleyball, girls and boys basketball, track (co-ed), softball and baseball. Most sports are open to middle school students (6-8 grade), but students in grades 2-5 may also participate in track and students in grades 3-5 may also participate in cross-country.
The school is affiliated with the GHCAA, Greater Houston Catholic Athletic Association. School sanctioned sports include:

In addition, SVdP parents organize an intramural soccer program called TIGER SOCCER for PK - 2nd grade.
