Thursday Oct 17th GHCAA XC Championship @ Houston Baptist University ( No Bus To XC Meet )

Early Release Instructions:

Parent Help: We need 2 parents to help out in the cafeteria at our 2:00 pm release on Thursday getting the kids to their rides so the coaches can get over to the event site and set up tent's ect.

Parents we will not have a bus  to this event. All 3rd to 8th grade XC will be dismissed early at 2:00 pm. Please make arrangements to get your runner over to Houston Baptist University.

Parents we will have Cross Country runners released to the Upper Cafeteria at 2:00 pm. Parents please pick up your runner or runners in the upper cafeteria or at the back field gate by the Tiger Patio just like after practice pick-up.

Houston Baptist is Located @ 7502 Fondren Rd. 77074 / You will enter the campus through Gate #2 off of Fondren. Parking will be available in the lot adjacent to the course.

 Races will begin promptly at designated times and will NOT roll.

We may run behind, but we will never run ahead 

 -3:30pm 8th Grade Boys

 -4:00pm 8 th Grade Girls 

-4:30pm 7 th Grade Boys

 -5:00pm 7 th Grade Girls

 -5:30pm 6 th Grade & Under Boys

 -6:00pm 6 th & Under Girls

 -6:30pm Team Awards Ceremony after completion of final race There will be 6 Divisions. Boys and Girls in the same grade level may be combined if deemed necessary based on number of entrants.
