Students have a weekly music class beginning in prekindergarten.  Choral and instrumental groups are introduced in 3rd grade.

All choral and instrumental groups are designed to develop skills that will help students enjoy, appreciate and understand music throughout their lives, whether as performers or as audience members. 

Two full-time faculty members are dedicated to music education and SVdP is proud to offer band, choir, bell choir, and drumline programs.  These groups perform at either weekly Masses, our Grandparents program, Christmas program or Spring Musical and
