Dear Parents,

It is time for all families to set up their account with FACTS. As announced earlier, we have implemented the FACTS program for processing payments for tuition and fees for the 2016-2017 school year. Please take this step now; your student’s enrollment is not complete until all enrollment steps have been taken, including establishing your payment plan.

Convenient Online Enrollment

Enrolling online is simple and secure. Simply click on the FACTS Logo below to begin setting up your payment plan:

Under “New User” select “Get Started” to begin.

Be sure to have the following information ready:
Account information for the person responsible for payment: bank name, telephone number, account number, and the bank routing number or credit/debit card information.

Please make sure to enroll in the same tuition payment plan, annual vs. monthly, as per your signed SVdP Tuition /Fee Payment Agreement.

If you have a child currently applying for admission: please wait until a signed Tuition/Fee Payment Agreement including all of your returning and new students in your family is returned to the school office before clicking the “AUTHORIZE” button to complete enrollment in FACTS.

Before you click the “AUTHORIZE” button, please carefully read the Final Review. Notification confirming your online enrollment in a FACTS payment plan will be sent to you after the school enters the tuition amount due for the year and activates your agreement, sometime in April/May 2016.


If you have questions about enrolling in a FACTS payment plan, please contact Pat Rutz or Theresa Loh in the school office. Once you have a FACTS payment plan set up, you may view your payment plan online through your Consumer Portal Account. To access the Consumer Portal, follow the instructions located on your FACTS Confirmation Notification.
